AI, 인간을 꿈꾸다

 

AI, 인간을 꿈꾸다 세션은 인문학적 가치를 중심으로 문학, 사학, 철학 각 분야에서 최신 AI기술과 인간성의 상호작용을

탐구한다. 세션의 발표와 이어질 토론은 인공지능 기술의 발전이 역사와 문화에 미치는 영향, AI시대에 새롭게 고찰해보는

인간의 반성적 사고 능력 등 포괄적인 주제를 다루는 한편 변화하는 시대가 인문학적 학술장에 제시하는 도전과 기회를

구체적으로 논의하는 것을 목표로 한다. 특히 디지털인문학이라는 새롭게 부상하는 학술 영역에서 인문학적 진리 탐구의

방식과 그것이 추구하는 가치가 어떻게 현대사회에 꼭 필요한 관점과 가치를 제공할 수 있는지를 비판적으로 탐구하며

인공지능 기술 개발과 인문학적 성찰이 유기적으로 공생할 수 있는 방향성을 모색한다.

 

 

 

AI, Dreaming of Humanity

 

The session, ‘The AI, Dreaming of Humanity,’ explores the interaction between the latest AI technology and

humanity in various fields—literature, history, and philosophy—with specific focus on humanistic values.

The presentation and the discussion that follows discuss topics such as, human’s reflective thinking in the

era of AI and the impact the development of artificial intelligence technology has on history and culture,

while exploring challenges and opportunities presented to humanities academic fields in this time of

change. Particularly, in the newly emerging academic field of digital humanities, the ways through which

the method of humanistic studies and values they pursue provide perspectives and values much needed in

modern society are critically explored. In addition, the direction towards organic coexistence between the

development of artificial intelligence technology and humanistic reflection are discussed.
