오늘날 우리는 빠른 변화와 높은 불확실성 속에서 개인과 조직이 끊임없이 성과를 내기 위해 치열하게 경쟁하는 초경쟁 사회에 살고 있다. 본 세션에서는 이러한 초경쟁 시대에서 다양성과 협력이 사회 발전에 어떻게 기여하는지 사회학적 관점에서 탐구하며, 차세대 글로벌 인재가 될 청년 세대와의 대화를 통해 K-인문의 국제화와 새로운 사회적 관계 회복 방안을 모색한다. 이를 통해 글로벌 인재를 양성하기 위해서는 실패는 성공의 어머니라는 사회적 분위기를 조성하고, 다양한 문화를 이해하며 소통할 수 있는 능력을 키울 수 있는 환경이 필요하다는 점을 공유하고자 한다.

Today, we live in a "hypercompetitive society" where individuals and organizations are constantly competing amidst rapid change and high uncertainty. In this session, we will explore how diversity and cooperation contribute to social development in this hypercompetitive era from a sociological perspective and explore ways to internationalize K-humanities and restore new social relationships by communicating with the youth who will become the next generation of global talents. Therefore, in order to foster global talent, we need an environment that creates a social atmosphere where failure is the mother of success and fosters the ability to understand and communicate with diverse cultures.
