한국과 베트남 간의 경제 교역이 나날이 성장하고 있는 오늘날의 모습은 양국 모두에게 매우 긍정적인 신호로 인식된다. 특히 양국의 관계는 최고 수준의 외교 단계인 포괄적 전략적 동반자로 격상되었으며, 서로가 매우 절실한 입장을 공유하고 있음이 국제사회에 천명되었다. 하지만 양국이 상호 신뢰를 기반으로 한 동반 성장을 지속하기 위해서는 경제 교역에 치중한 양적 교역 외에 가치 중심의 교류를 모색할 필요성이 제기된다. 이에 본 세션은 인문 가치를 중심으로 양국의 호혜성을 다각화시키고 지속적인 관계 증진에 대한 방안 및 방향은 무엇인지에 논의한다.

Todays growing economic trade between South Korea and Vietnam is recognized as a very positive sign for both countries. In particular, the relationship between the two countries has been elevated to the highest level of diplomacy, Comprehensive Strategic Partnership, and it became very clear to the international community that they desperately need each other. However, in order for the two countries to continue their mutual growth based on mutual trust, value-oriented exchanges, in addition to economic trade, need to be explored. This session will discuss how to diversify the reciprocity between the two countries centered on humanistic values and how to promote sustainable relations.
